Able to display salads, sandwiches, fruits and vegetables, snacks, and drinks, the Cambro VBRL5110 Versa Food Bar™ can be used to hold healthy grab-and-go options in cafeterias. It maintains cold temperatures for hours, and its nonelectric design eliminates the need for an external power source to improve flexibility. Instead of electric refrigeration components, it keeps food cold with ice. For an easier-to-clean option, it can also be used with Cambro's ColdFest® pans or Camchillers®, which are sold separately. Because the pan well measures 52 9⁄32 inches wide by 21 inches deep, it can accommodate four full-size pans or a combination of smaller fractional pans.

Overhead sneeze guards are included with this Cambro VBRL5110 Versa serving buffet, protecting goods from potential airborne contaminants. With their fold-down arrangement, the guards won't stick out and take up additional space when the unit is transported on its 6-inch braking, swivel casters. Meant to be maneuvered comfortably around the cafeteria, this low-height buffet has molded-in handles integrated into each end. This model is made of durable, double-wall polyethylene to resist corrosion, cracking, denting, and breaking. Its exterior's textured finish hides scratches and is easy to clean. The food bar is black, so it seamlessly blends in with other buffet supplies and equipment.
