Cambro UPCS160131 Description
The Cambro UPCS160131 insulated food carrier is part of the S-series Ultra Pan Carriers®. It has a 20-quart capacity, accommodating one full-size pan or multiple 6-inch-deep fractional pans. The food carrier comes in brown and loads from the top. It maintains ideal temperatures for hot or cold product for 4 hours: 179.5 to 188.8 degrees Fahrenheit for hot foods and 33.2 to 37.1 degrees Fahrenheit for cold foods.
To facilitate transport, the Cambro UPCS160131 commercial pan carrier is constructed with four molded-in handles. This piece of equipment maintains ideal temperatures with its built-in gasket and four nylon latches, while its self-venting configuration ensures the consistent release of steam and equalization of pressure. The pan carrier can be stacked with MPC Camcarriers and UPC Ultra Pan Carriers.
