Cambro UPCHW400191 Description
The Cambro UPCHW400191 Camcarrier® Ultra Pan Carrier® heated food server is made of durable polyethylene that is simple to clean. Since the unit is insulated with polyurethane foam, it can hold temperatures at or above 148 degrees Fahrenheit for at least 4 hours when unplugged. The cabinet warms up in 45 minutes and can hold six 2 1⁄2-inch-deep, full-size food pans. A light on the front indicates when the unit is on and heated.
The Cambro UPCHW400191 insulated food carrier has four 5-inch casters with brakes on one to provide movement and stability. To keep food crispy, a vent opens to circulate air and release built-up steam. A 9-inch nylon latch locks door and facilitates opening and closing. A vinyl strap is included on the left side of the unit to hold the power cord.
