Cambro UPCH400401 Description
The Cambro UPCH400401 Camcarrier® Ultra Pan Carrier® insulated food server keeps food hot, holding it at temperatures between 150 and 165 Fahrenheit when plugged in. It only takes 45 minutes to warm up, and when it is unplugged, it maintains temperatures for 4 hours. It is made of heavy-duty polyethylene and keeps cool to the touch. It has 12 rails built in to hold six 2 1⁄2-inch-deep, full-size food pans. It has an indicator light that shows when the unit is on. A thermometer monitors the internal temperature. The Cambro UPCH400401 food carrier has a vent cap that pops up to release built-up steam, preventing soggy food. The carrier has handles molded in to create an ergonomic grip when lifting.
