Cambro UPCH1600191 Description
Made of polyethylene, the Cambro UPCH1600191 Ultra Camcart® insulated food server is strong and stays cool to the touch. It is insulated with polyurethane foam to retain temperatures, and it is granite gray. There are lights on the outside that indicate when the unit is on and heating up. It can hold (24) 2 1⁄2-inch-deep full-size food pans and has vents that circulate heat around the interior.
The Cambro UPCH1600191 heated food carrier has four 6-inch casters with a brake on one for stability. It has doors that open 240 degrees to provide full access to the cabinets. A digital thermometer on the outside indicates the interior temperature. It can heat to 150 degrees Fahrenheit in 45 minutes.
