Cambro UPCH1600110 Description
The Cambro UPCH1600110 Ultra Camcart® heated food carrier is made of heavy-duty polyethylene that resists heat and breaking. It is insulated with polyurethane foam to retain temperatures for hours and is smooth for effortless cleaning. Four 6-inch casters provide movement and built-in handles make transporting efficient. To protect furniture and walls, a bumper is built in.
Lights indicate when the unit is on and heating up. It can heat to 150 degrees Fahrenheit in 45 minutes. An exterior digital thermometer enables the user to monitor internal temperatures. Vents create and circulate heat inside cabinet. The Cambro UPCH1600110 insulated food server can hold (24) 2 1⁄2-inch-deep, full-size food pans. Its door open 240 degrees for full access to contents.
