Cambro UPC400192 Description
The Cambro UPC400192 Camcarrier® Ultra Pan Carrier® insulated food server has a one-piece polyethylene construction with a polyurethane foam insulation to retain heat or cold air. It is granite green and resistant to breaking, chipping, and rusting. To create an airtight seal, a removable door gasket and a 9-inch nylon door latch are integrated into the unit. The door swings open 270 degrees to provide full access to contents. Its vent pops up to let out steam and eliminate the risk of soggy food. The Cambro UPC400192 food carrier accommodates six 2 1⁄2-inch-deep, full-size food pans. It has built-in handles that facilitate lifting and transporting.
