Cambro UPC400191 Description
The Cambro UPC400191 Camcarrier® Ultra Pan Carrier® insulated food server has a seamless polyethylene construction that will not chip, rust, break, or crack. It is insulated with polyurethane foam to retain heat or cold air. To prevent food from getting soggy, vents on the front pop up to release steam. A 9-inch nylon latch secures the door to contain contents and hold temperatures inside. Its door swings open 270 degrees to offer complete access to contents. Molded-in handles give the user a comfortable grip when transporting. A removable door gasket creates an airtight seal. The Cambro UPC400191 food carrier holds six 2 1⁄2-inch-deep, full-size food pans.
