Cambro UPC100192 Description
The Cambro UPC100192 Ultra Pan Carrier® is dishwasher safe and constructed of one-piece, seamless polyethylene, so it can be wiped clean as needed. It's intended to be self-venting to release steam and is insulated with polyurethane foam to prevent temperature changes inside the carrier. This unit comes in an attractive granite green; for continued use, and to resist any scratches that may form in time, the exterior is textured.
Holding 40 quarts of food, the Cambro UPC100192 insulated food carrier accommodates one GN pan or fractional pans as deep as 8 inches. Hot food can be held inside the carrier for as long as 4 hours in the range of 179 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and cold food can be held for the same amount of time from 33.9-35.8 degrees Fahrenheit. Four E-Z grip handles on the side facilitate transportation, while removable gaskets in the lid provide a tight seal for dependability.
