When paired with a compatible underliner and insulated dome, the Cambro MDSP9477 thermal pellet keeps warm food hot for over 60 minutes. Similar to metal pellets, this unit stays 20 degrees cooler around the edge to promote safe handling. It can be used with 9-inch-dianmeter plates and is made of durable plastic.
