Cambro MDC1520S20401 20 Tray Ambient Meal Delivery Cart

The Cambro MDC1520S20401 ambient meal delivery cart has two compartments that each have five rails, and each rail can hold two 15-inch by 20-inch trays, for a total of 20 trays. To accommodate plates with dome covers, a 5 1⁄2-inch spacing is between the trays. Made of polyethylene, the cart is durable to support heavy use, while foam insulation maintains product temperatures by holding air inside the sections.

While the doors are not insulated, they are vented to keep condensation from accumulating. Menu clips on the doors provide a place for users to label the stored items, and latches keep the doors secure during transport. This Cambro MDC1520S20401 meal delivery cart has four 5-inch casters—two that swivel with locks and two that are rigid. To prevent damaging walls and doorframes, bumpers are integrated around the bottom of the cart.
