Cambro EXA184864V4480 Description
From the Camshelving® Elements XTRA series, the Cambro EXA184864V4480 stationary shelving add-on’s frame is composed of durable polypropylene in speckled gray, while the shelf plates are made with an antimicrobial add-in called Camguard® protection. For safe use throughout long periods of time, this chemical is designed to inhibit the growth of mold, fungus, and bacteria. Additionally, these plates are removable and can be safely cleaned in a commercial dishwasher.
The Cambro EXA184864V4480 add-on shelving set includes two preassembled posts, two leveling feet, 16 dovetail wedges, eight traverses, and four vented shelf plates. Tool-free assembly of the unit is required; however, a rubber mallet can be used to expedite the process. A minimum team of two is recommended when assembling, and when stocking the shelves, employees should place the heaviest items on the bottom. Even though each shelf can support 800 pounds, staff shouldn't load the unit with more than 2,000 pounds in total.
