Cambro EXA184272V4480 Description
From the Camshelving™ Elements XTRA series, the Cambro EXA184272V4480 shelving add-on is made of corrosion-resistant polypropylene capable of enduring temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit. These features are ideal for use with host units located in commercial refrigerator or dry storage, and the vented shelf plates are molded with Camguard®, which is an antimicrobial designed to slow the development of mold and mildew between cleanings. The plates are removable to be cleaned by hand or via a commercial dishmachine.
The Cambro EXA184272V4480 stationary add-on unit requires assembly, though no tools are required. The set includes four vented shelf plates, eight traverses, two posts with leveling feet, and 20 dovetail wedges. The shelves set atop the dovetails and snap into place, and a mallet may be used to simplify this process. When storing items, place the heaviest ones on the bottom. Although each shelf can hold 800 pounds, note that the unit has a total capacity of 2,000 pounds.
