Because the shelf plates included with the Cambro CPA214272V5480 polymer add-on shelving unit are louvered, they enable airflow to reduce dust buildup and promote uniform cooling in walk-in freezers and coolers. Each of the five shelf tiers holds as much as 800 pounds, though the unit shouldn't be loaded with more than 2,000 pounds, overall. Designed to attach to Camshelving® Premium units already in place, it includes a preassembled post kit, 10 traverses, and molded-in dovetails for installation. Units in this series effectively withstand heavy objects and daily deliveries. It blends cohesively with existing shelving structures due to its speckled gray appearance.
