Keep your cold foods their coldest even during transportation with this cold retention mat from Cambro Camchiller. This cold retention mat maintains chilled foods during transport and is full sized to accommodate many pan sizes. Measuring 20-13/16" x 12-7/8" x 1-1/2" and featuring a cold blue finish, this cold retention pan is designed for use with front loading full size pan carriers or carts. Because this cold retention matt is dishwasher safe, clean up is never a problem and you can use it to pre-chill your pan carriers and maintain cold temperature freshness over and over.
