This Cambro CMBH1826TSC194 Camtherm® hot cart preheats in an hour and recovers in a minute when one of its double doors is opened for 30 seconds. Though it's an electric unit, it can remain unplugged for as long as 4 hours before dropping to 140 degrees Fahrenheit—a good quality for catering applications. For even heat distribution, its aluminum louvers move warm air throughout the cabinet, reducing the risk of cold spots. Operators can adjust and monitor temperature via the temperature control dial, and its solar-powered thermometer reads temperatures in Celsius.

Designed to hold as many as 24 full-size food pans measuring 12 inches by 20 inches by 2 1⁄2 inches, the Cambro CMBH1826TSC194 hot cart secures pans in place with its anodized aluminum uprights and removable, adjustable, chrome-plated steel slide rails. To simplify loading and unloading, both doors swing open 270 degrees Fahrenheit and can be removed from the knuckle hinges for general cleaning requirements. The exterior's one-piece, seamless, double-wall polyethylene construction defends it from dents, cracks, and rust without getting hot during operation.
