This enables operators to adjust and manage temperatures throughout operation, while its solar-powered digital thermometer provides a temperature readout in Celsius. To reduce the risk of cold spots throughout the cabinet, aluminum louvers on each level move hot air throughout the cabinet. When the door is opened for 30 seconds, it only takes a minute for this unit to recover lost temperatures. This carrier can be unplugged as long as 4 hours before its interior temperature drops to 140 degrees Fahrenheit, so it's good for catering.

The Cambro CMBH1826TSC191 hot cart's anodized aluminum uprights and chrome-plated steel slide rails secure as many as 24 full-size food pans measuring 12 inches by 20 inches by 2 1⁄2 inches.
