Cambro CMBH1826TBC194 Description
The Cambro CMBH1826TBC194 Camtherm® hot cart is a great option for operators that need to move a large volume of food from one area to another. Its single, tall compartment can hold as many as 24 sheet pans. This cart is constructed of polyethylene with molded-in handles, so it won’t rust or come apart like a metal cart would.
The Cambro CMBH1826TBC194 meal delivery cart can be plugged in to heat to the user’s set temperature, which is controlled with a dial. A solar-powered digital thermometer shows the user the interior temperature in Celsius. To ensure product doesn’t become soggy during transport, this cart has a vent that releases steam.
