Cambro CMBH1826LC191 Description
To monitor the internal cabinet temperature, the Cambro CMBH1826LC191 Camtherm® hot cart comes with a solar-powered thermometer that provides a readout in Celsius. A vent at the top of the unit releases steam to preserve food quality by reducing sogginess. Mounted on 10-inch rear casters and 6-inch front casters, it can be transported throughout a catering hall, and its molded-in handles facilitate transport and maneuvering.
The Cambro CMBH1826LC191 holding cart includes a menu clip that can hold a list of the cabinet's contents. The unit is made of polyethylene for durability and resistance to scratches and stains. The temperature can be adjusted with a convenient dial, and the unit is powered with an on/off switch. Featuring a low profile, it measures 30 1⁄2 inches wide by 42 inches deep by 42 3⁄8 inches high.
