Being mobile, it's fitted with 5-inch casters—two fixed, one swivel, and one swivel with a brake—to stabilize it during loading. It comes in granite gray that matches common kitchen designs, and it's constructed of polyethylene for repeated, long-term use. Strong and quiet to use, this unit contains polyurethane foam insulation. The edges are raised to contain spills and prevent items from sliding off, and the cart has an open design to streamline loading.
