Cambro 99VS101 Description
The Cambro 99VS101 Versa Camcover® is lightweight and remains cool to provide safe, comfortable handling. It's circular and measures 9 9⁄16 inches in diameter by 2 5⁄8 inches high to cover a plate of food, keeping product warm while it's served in a banquet hall, catering event, or hotel. For long-term use, it's made of stain-, odor-, and dent-resistant fiberglass that can be cleaned in a dishmachine to sanitize it. This cover resists temperatures of 300 degrees Fahrenheit to endure hot kitchens.
