Cambro 90HPC150 Description
The Cambro 90HPC150 food pan cover is compatible with ninth-size pans, protecting stored product from contamination. Its flat configuration is made without handles or notches. Part of the H-Pan™ series, this lid can be used in hot and cold applications; this is ideal for prepping, refrigerator and freezer storing, cooking, and holding. The high-temperature material is safe at temperatures between -40 and 300 degrees Fahrenheit and resistant to bending and denting. Because this material is nonstick, it streamlines the cleaning process. Its amber look easily blends in with other high-heat supplies since this hue is often used to denote high-temperature applications.
