Cambro 9013CW152 Description
A necessity in healthcare meal delivery, the Cambro 9013CW152 Camwear® plate cover retains heat to keep cooked food at safe serving temperatures. It can also be used in catering applications and at any restaurant with a holding area between cooking and serving stations. This cover can be used to replace a traditional metal cover, providing dent resistance and a lightweight feel that metal lacks. The polycarbonate is also less noisy than metal and doesn’t require polishing, and because the material is clear, it doesn’t limit the operator's visibility of food.
