Cambro VBR6519 Description
This Cambro VBR6519 Versa Food Bar® serving buffet accommodates five full-size food pans or variously sized food pans with maximum depths of 6 inches, enabling operators to configure pans to display salad ingredients, fruit, and sandwiches. Because it doesn't require electricity or ice to keep product cool, it's insulated with CFC-free foam, which preserves cold temperatures for as long as 4 hours. Sneeze guards built into both sides of the buffet line shield displayed foods from airborne particulates without obstructing customers' view of food.
For portability, this Cambro VBR6519 serving buffet is secured on 6-inch swivel casters, which have brakes for stabilization. Handles molded into both ends of the station provide an ergonomic grip for controlled steering. When its sneeze guards are folded down, this unit can be moved through a standard 36-inch doorway. Made of durable, all-weather polyethylene, it withstands impact, resists denting, and can be wiped clean. Its Kentucky green exterior can blend in with a variety of decors while complementing food pan presentation.
