Cambro 60HPLN150 Description
The Cambro 60HPLN150 FlipLid® H-Pan cover is a multipurpose tool for food preparation and storage. This sixth-size lid fits snugly on top of similarly sized pans to preserve food on the preparation line and help guard foods from cross contamination. Users can place utensils such as ladles or tongs into the lid’s notches for storage between serving periods. Providing complete access, the lid can be removed quickly to help users grab the desired item. Able to withstand a minimum temperature of -40 degrees Fahrenheit and a maximum of 375 degrees Fahrenheit, this lid works well for items that need to be frozen or reheated.
