Cambro 60HPD150 Description
The Cambro 60HPD150 H-Pan™ drain shelf shields hot and fried foods from grease and condensation while they're reheated or steamed. Its porous design drains liquids away from the H-Pan’s contents while lifting foods above the bottom of the pan. This self-draining feature helps reduce food waste and creates better food presentation, especially for buffets. Able to withstand a maximum temperature of 375 degrees Fahrenheit, it works well with hot foods and reheating or thawing foods in microwaves and ovens.
