Cambro 42HP150 Description
Great for flash freezing and reheating in a single vessel, this Cambro 42HP150 H-Pan™ high-temperature food pan resists temperatures between -40 and 375 degrees Fahrenheit. The plastic is resistant to denting, cracking, and bending, and its nonstick interior streamlines cleaning and increases product yields. Quarter size with a 2 1⁄2-inch depth, this pan has a 1 4⁄5-quart capacity. Its molded-in measurement graduations in standard and metric units help operators track inventory. Compatible with standard prep tables and food bars, the flange is uniform and measures 1⁄2 inches wide. Because the pan is stackable with similarly sized pans, it maximizes space in storage areas.
