Cambro 36CF110 Description
The Cambro 36CF110 ColdFest® third-size food pan is constructed of heavy-duty ABS shells with a non-toxic refrigerant gel core. It has a 3.7-quart capacity and is stackable to save space. It maintains a temperature at or below 41 degrees Fahrenheit and keeps product cold for 8 hours. The user should freeze the pan for 8 hours or overnight before loading the pan with pre-chilled product.
