The Cambro 30HPC150 H-Pan™ food pan cover is designed for third-size pans. This nonstick unit is simple to clean and comes in a flat design. To denote its compatibility with high-temperature items, the cover comes in amber and can tolerate temperatures ranging from -40 to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Its durable construction resists bending and denting, and its overall dimensions are 12 3⁄4 inches in length by 6 15⁄16 inches in width.
