The Cambro 20HPCHN150 H-Pan™ food pan cover is notched, providing space for a serving spoon to fit without placing it into the food. It’s designed for use with half-size pans, and it’s amber for color-coded use. This cover can withstand high heat and is safe for use in temperatures from -40 to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. It’s flat and has a handle so it can be removed and placed on a pan.
