Cambro 120VS191 Description
Designed to cover food so it doesn't lose heat during transport, the Cambro 120VS191 Versa plate cover withstands temperatures as high as 300 degrees Fahrenheit. It's made of lightweight fiberglass that can be transported around areas, and it's resistant to dents, stains, and odors that could risk cross contamination. After use, it can be placed in a dishmachine to clean it.
