Cambro 100MPC519 Description
The Cambro 100MPC519 Camcarriers® insulated food carrier is made of durable textured polyethylene—a lightweight material that resists chipping and scratching. Able to hold full-size 12-inch by 20-inch food pans, this food carrier can fit as much as 40 quarts of product. It's insulated with polyurethane foam, and the lid closes securely with six plastic latches, so this food carrier can maintain the temperature of stored items for as long as 4 hours. To release excess pressure, it has a built-in passive vent slot, and two molded-in handles provide a way to comfortably lift the unit.
