The hinged, auto balancing top plate accommodates foods up 3" thick and the adjustable thermostat goes to 570 degrees, allowing you to make a variety of Panini styles. The power and ready indicator lights interpret functionality to the user and the heat resistant handles make working with this stainless steel Panini grill comfortable.
