Since there is a hinged heating element, you can easily lift it and clean underneath it once the oil is drained from the pot. The fry pot can hold up to 15 pounds of oil at a time. An included night cover keeps contaminants out of the oil. Two twin wire baskets and one large single wire basket are included and have removable handles.
