Great pan! But NOT 13x9.
The Stainless steel quarter size baking pan, is well made and (so I was told) was made in Italy instead of China, which is a nice plus. We would have purchased two more for our convection oven except for one problem. It was stated that it was 13x9. The outside measurements are MUCH larger. So the pan would not fit in our oven. But the REAL problem, is that the pan measures greater than 13x9 on the INSIDE as well, so either way it would have been too big. About 1/2 inch greater than 13" Ka Tom, after listening to our recorded conversation about the size etc, did the right thing by not only refunding our money, but also refunded the postage to get it to our home AND the return postage! We are sorry the pan did not fit, as it was nice quality for a reasonable price. We hope that it could be stated clearly on the website the difference between inside AND outside measurements, after the pan has been measured more accurately. We ARE grateful and thankful for a company who did the correct thing regarding the refund process! Three stars would have been 5 had the pan fit!
