Holding fried chicken, onion rings, and other fried foods, the Waring LFB10 fryer basket is designed for use with a commercial deep fryer. For reduced buildup in the basket, it is constructed of steel wire with gaps to let excess sediment fall through. It can hold four pounds of product, which enables it to provide modest production output.
