Waring FP25C Description

This Waring 2.5 quart capacity commercial food processor is great for a variety of food prep applications. The continuous feed chute makes processing less straining. This commercial food processor can handle volume processing. You can process up to 700 servings in 2.5 hours and up to 700 lbs. per hour using the continuous feed mode. Included with this food processor is a serrated S-blade, a 4 mm slicing disc, a 2 mm grating disc and a 6.5 x 6.5 mm julienne disc. This food processor allows you to slice, shred, grate, and julienne right into the 2.5 qt. batch bowl that is included. The batch bowls and covers are made of clear, high impact, unbreakable polycarbonate so you can see when the bowl is full. The bowls and covers are light weight and dishwasher safe.

The super large feed tube reduces food prep time making this food processor an efficient addition to your busy restaurant. The feed tube comes with a large food pusher for large foods and horizontal cuts. Also included with the feed tube is a small food pusher for your smaller foods and vertical cuts. 10" of food processing space is featured giving you a wider area to easily process vegetables, fruits, and more. The pulse controls allow you to start heavy loads or to fine-tune your chop. The 1 hp commercial grade high performance motor gives you dependable continuous service and is built to handle large jobs with ease.

This commercial food processor gives you peace of mind when it comes to safety. There is a safety interlock that will not allow the machine to operate unless it is assembled properly. There is also a safety reset button for overload protection and safe controlled restarts.
