The Alto-Shaam 750-TH/III half-size cook-and-hold oven keeps temperatures stable and gentle with Halo Heat® technology, which is perfect for low-and-slow or overnight cooking. Programmable menu buttons store frequently used recipes, reducing mental and physical labor. Once the oven's cooking timer has run out, it automatically converts to hold mode. This unit can accommodate as many as 10 full-sized pans, holding a total 100 pounds of product.
