Alto-Shaam 750-TH-II Undercounter Halo Heat® Cook and Hold Oven, 120v

The Alto-Shaam 750-TH-II half-size cook-and-hold oven provides restaurants with low and slow cooking capabilities. Its Halo Heat® feature keeps temperatures stable and gentle, which minimizes protein shrinkage when cuts of meat are cooked for long periods of time. The oven automatically switches from cook mode to hold mode once its timer has run out, keeping the cooked food warm without drying it out until it's ready to be served.

The oven can hold 10 full-sized pans at once, accommodating as much as 100 pounds of food. Two stainless steel side racks offer 11 pan positions spaced on 1 3⁄8-inch centers. A drip pan with a drain and an external drip tray are also included. The exterior is made of durable stainless steel, and the antimicrobial handle slows down bacteria growth.
