Alto-Shaam 500-2DN Description
The Alto-Shaam 500-2DN food warmer features a stainless steel exterior that resists scratching, rusting, and denting. Ideal for high-volume establishments that require extended holding times, its gentle Halo Heat® maintains food warmth without continuing to cook it. To maximize kitchen space, this unit is stackable.
Each of the Alto-Shaam 500-2DN warming drawer's two compartments includes a full-size, stainless steel pan. Its thermostat can be adjusted with intuitive digital controls and monitored with the clear display. To simplify operation further, it includes an on/off power switch.
