Constructed of stainless steel, the Alto-Shaam 300-HW/D4 drop-in hot food well accommodates three full-size pans in a 4 3⁄8-inch-deep well suited for buffet stations and food holding applications. Its Halo Heat® system provides consistent dry heat without the need for water, helping maintain stable serving temperatures during operation. An adjustable thermostatic control enables operators to regulate heat levels, while the included divider bars support multiple pan configurations for varied menu setups.
