Alto-Shaam CS-100/S Description
Great for large cuts of meat, the Alto-Shaam CS-100/S carving station features a 35-pound capacity. Its base utilizes Halo Heat® technology for efficient, uniform heating, while an indicator light glows when the unit is in use. The temperature is adjustable using a HI/LOW/OFF switch, and a fixed infrared lamp reduces the risk of user injury and keeps food warm without drying it out.
A countertop unit, the Alto-Shaam CS-100/S hot carving shelf is equipped with 1-inch legs and measures 18 3⁄8 inches wide by 25 7⁄8 inches deep by 31 3⁄16 inches high. Its stainless steel construction resists rust and corrosion, providing durability for high-volume use. To facilitate cleaning, its recessed surface captures juices.
