This unit cooks, roasts and holds meat, poultry, fish, potatoes, casseroles, vegetables, and reheats frozen convenience foods in the same cabinet. With it's unique cooking and holding technique it reduces product shrinkage, retains more product moisture and flavor, and induces natural enzyme action in meats for a tender product. The Alto Shaam Slo Cook oven also reduces labor by evening out the work load. It also cuts down on cost to you as it requires no oven hood or outside venting installation nor does it require a fire extinguishing system.
