Alto-Shaam 1000-BQ2/192 Description
The Alto-Shaam 1000-BQ2/192 hot holding banquet cart can hold (192) 10-inch plates with covers at a time. Each of the two independently controlled sections has its own on/off switch. Top-mounted controls with a digital display enable the user to change settings quickly and efficiently. Eight chrome-plated wire shelves that can hold as much as 480 pounds are included. Casters provide the cart mobility; four swivel and have brakes while the other two are rigid.
Since the Alto-Shaam 1000-BQ2/192 banquet cart has its own heating element, the user does not need canned heat. Halo Heat® is a controlled, consistent heat source that gently covers cooked food and keeps it at hot, safe temperatures. The heating element operates from 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
