Alto-Shaam 1000-BQ2/128 Description
Designed to transport cooked food from the kitchen to banquet areas, the Alto-Shaam 1000-BQ2/128 Halo Heat® banquet cart can hold (128) 10-inch-diameter plates. On its four wire shelves, it can also accommodate banquet trays and full-size or half-size pans. The cart has 6-inch casters, with rigid and swivel wheels for smooth mobility in hallways and around corners. Transport handles ease mobility, along with the bumper that protects walls.
This Alto-Shaam 1000-BQ2/128 heated banquet cart uses Halo Heat technology to keep product warm; its gentle heat surrounds food and maintains product temperatures without altering flavor or appearance. Operators can adjust the unit's settings with the electronic controller and monitor levels on the digital display. Made of stainless steel, the cart interior and exterior are durable and resistant to rusting.
