Electrolux Blast Chillers reduce temperature from 160 degrees F to 39 degrees F at food core in less than 90 minutes to preserve life, flavor, nutritional values and weight as well as prevent bacterial growth. Providing you with a range of possibilities are the soft chill, hard chill and blast freeze modes. Each Blast Chiller unit is constructed of 304 stainless steel and a seamless hygienic chilling chamber with rounded corners convenient for easy cleaning. Its 1.5 horsepower compressor enables the unit to support a load capacity of up to 55 lbs in chilling and freezing.
