This unit's thermostat is adjustable and has a maximum temperature of 572 degrees Fahrenheit. Its self-balancing upper plate adjusts to various sandwich heights, reducing cooking times. Mounted inside the plate, shockproof heating elements enhance thermal conductivity and accelerate warmup times. For grilling on the bottom only, the top plate features a shut-off switch.
