Electrolux 582568 Description

The Electrolux commercial tilting kettle is suitable to cook, sauté, poach or steam all kinds of produce with ease. The contents are uniformly heated in the base and side walls of the kettle by steamed water by an external jacket, which is possible because the external jacket includes additional heat-insulation. The actual cooking vessel is made from 316 stainless steel and the lid, which is mounted on the cross beam of the unit, is counterbalanced by a special hinge that allows it to remain open in all positions. And to prevent overcooking, there is a built-in food temperature sensor for precise control of the cooking process.
