Very useful

Bought both the 5" and 8". Surprisingly I use the 5" more. Very versatile.

KaTom's Response:

Thanks for sharing your experience! The shorter blade offers more control for everyday prep, which can make it a go-to choice even when larger options are on hand.

unique and very good at its intended

this is a unique knife, designed to reduce fatigue and pain in the kitchen. It's ideal for those of us with carpal tunnel, repetetive motion, arthritis, or other weakness and pain. And it does help a lot. This knife is easier on the body than traditional shapes. I'd prefer it to be 6" instead of 5". Oh well. That's what the 8" version is for, I guess! It's good steel. It's unusual shape may prevent it from fitting in a knife block.
