Dexter Russell V136F-PCP Description
Built for control and comfort during use, the Dexter Russell V136F-PCP (29003) V-Lo® boning knife's soft-to-the-touch handle features a firm polypropylene core and a Santoprene® exterior with a Dex-Tex™ Armadillo texture for a secure grip. A finger guard near the handle's front helps protect users' digits from injury, and the handle is sealed to the blade for lasting durability and sanitation. Its flexible, 6-inch-long blade can detach poultry and fish from the bone. Constructed of DEXSTEEL™—a stain- and corrosion-resistant high-carbon steel—the blade can be sharpened easily, and it will retain its edge throughout high-volume use.
